Illinois Licensure Testing System (ILTS) Content Test Resources

Content Test Requirement

Teacher candidates enrolled in the Teacher Education Program (TEP) are required to pass their respective ILTS Content Test prior to beginning their student teaching semester.

  • It is recommended that candidates attempt their content test during their third semester coursework (EDUC 303).
  • Early preparation and testing help ensure timely progression through the program.
